GEORGIAN COUNTRY HOUSE

This large, classical Georgian home was created to serve as the backdrop to the various activities of a large family in River Hills, Wisconsin. Boasting private family rooms on the upper level, including a children’s study and observation roof deck, the main level creates an enfilade of grande, yet cozy, entertaining spaces. The lower level utilizes the site’s unique slope to facilitate a sprawling activity floor, which includes a private spa, swimming pool, movie theater and game room.

Perched atop a large hill with a truly unique site that opens to the south, a timeless palate of stone, stucco, wood trim and slate call to mind many of the traditional Georgian homes that extend back to the turn of the century.
